The world of Snowboards and Riding them is incredible! It is fun, exhilarating and an athletic outlet with opportunity for unlimited personal expression and freedom. It holds potential and a platform to build athletic progression, relationships, experience and life around. Having fueled passion and creativity in my life in so many ways, I feel so lucky to have been involved in the sport since it was just an infant in relation to the main stream giant that it has become today.
When I started, it was uncool. I had so many people make fun of me for doing it. I had people tell me it would never last and that it was just a fad.
Well, phttttt, to them. Look at the sport now. We have 3 sports (Giant Slalom, Boardercross and Halfpipe) in the Olympics, and hope to introduce a 4th (Slopestyle), soon.
I really am so happy and feel privledged that it has been such a huge part of my life and am excited to introduce you to it. So sit back, get a snack, browse the site and learn all about it. I hope you enjoy it.
