Learning a Snowboarding Backflip

Learning to do a snowboarding backflip can be a very scary proposition. However, once a rider practices on a trampoline or a diving board to build confidence and flip control, the rider must simply commit to going for it on the snow. In the learning process, the rider must clearly visualize the takeoff movement, sucking the feet in to grab, then opening up to control the rotation to the landing. Imagine it all the way through. Rehearse it mentally, then, like Nike says, "Just Do It!" It is an easy fun trick that can open up progression to many other high end tricks.
