Snowboarding Competition
Over the past 20 years snowboarding competition has steadily grown from year to year. With the entrance into the Olympics in 1998 with Halfpipe and Giant Slalom events, then in 2002, with the Boardercross event, snowboarding has truely hit the mainstream.
Below, I want to take you through the venues, terminology and environment of all the different types of competition you may come across or want to get involved in. From here you may indentify your passion and define focus in your athletic direction.
So get after it, choose your path and chase that dream.
